Philosophical life coaching

- identify some of the goals and methods of life coaching
- identify some philosophical ideas and methods of use in life coaching
- apply some of the ideas learnt today.

Photocopied handouts will be given out and further reading recommended.

Students will examine arguments by a combination of group or pair activity, lively class discussion and short talks. Participation is required in many exercises but is entirely voluntary in the case of whole class discussion.
