The Introductory course offers an entirely practical approach to the study and practice of the philosophical principles governing human society. It draws from the great teachings of East and West, and provides guidance for a deeper understanding of ourselves, the world in which we live and the purpose of human life, and a fresh way of dealing with the challenges that we face in everyday life.

Session 5: Reason, justice and injustice. Experiencing deeper levels of being through stillness.
Session 6: Consciousness. The nature of Beauty - a description from Plato's 'Symposium'.
Session 7: The question: 'What am I?'
Session 8: Three fundamental universal forces. Freedom from pleasure and pain.
Session 9: The Self beyond the universal forces. Attention - free and bound.
Session 10: The nature of truth and goodness.
