Delegates must attend an induction session if they wish to certify this course with ILM Delegates would benefit from some management experience. Delegates must be able to undertake a work based assignment within their organisation if they wish to certify this unit

Course programme
This course helps you to use proven management techniques to identify forces for organisational change.
You’ll learn to:
- understand and communicate the benefits change can bring.
- plan for change effectively
- communicate the needs for change to your team.
The course also develops the concept of Continuous Improvement. You’ll be shown why it’s vital that your business continually improves and adapts its products and services to safeguard ongoing productivity.
You’ll learn how to identify those improvements, how to make them happen and how to secure the commitment of others to a Continuous Improvement programme.

This course can be delivered as a private session within your organisation. It can be delivered separately or as one of three units which make up the ILM Level 3 Award in Effective Management
