This course can be utlised to give individuals the basic skills required to carry out plastering tasks.

There are no formal entry requirements.

Three hours a week for 4 weeks.

How will I be assessed?

Assessment is via continuous practical assessment.

What will I study?

Health and safety awareness
Tool skills
Plasterboard to a timber studding
Finish joints with paper tape and finish Gyproc joint filler
Plasterboard patching
Measure, mitre and fix 127mm plaster cove

What else can I do?

The course can be done as a stand-alont course or can be following on the the improvers plastering course, learners would then have the option of progression onto a more advanced plastering programm.
