NVQ 3 will need to meet the above and possess NVQ 2 Plastering and attend an entry interview.

Plastering NVQ 2/3 and Construction Diploma Level 1 & 2(Day release)(2010/2011)
Study Method:
Practical and theory classes, working toward the technical certificate and the NVQ.
Duration :NVQ 2 1 day a week for 2 years
NVQ 3 1 day a week for 1 year
Who the Course is For:
For those employed in the plastering trade as an apprentice or improver.
Attendance for one day per week between 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
Assessment:
Practical work is assessed continuously in college and the work place. Job knowledge is assessed through unitised tests.
Students are required to produce a portfolio of workbased evidence which will be reviewed on a regular basis thoughout the year.
NVQ II students are required to take a health and safety test.

Further progression within the construction industry.
