Description:
This course of study is open to anyone who is working in the plumbing industry as an apprentice. Students will study for a range of qualifications:

· NVQ Level 2 in Mechanical Engineering Services Plumbing (see below)
· City & Guilds Technical Certificate in Basic Plumbing Level 2 (see below)
· Key skills (AON Level 2, Communications Level 2)
· Employer rights and responsibilities

Progression:
Work as a plumber at a higher level.

Entry Requirements:
You must be employed as an apprentice plumber or able to find an employer who will take you on. You will also be interviewed by course tutors.

Campus : - City of Newport Campus - Pontypool - Ebbw Vale

Mode of attendance:
1 day per week for 2.5 years plus block release
