Who is this for?
The course is for complete beginners with no or very little knowledge of the Portuguese language.

What Will I Learn?
Understanding and speaking basic Portuguese, which will enable students to cope as tourists in Portugal or in business situations.

Content of the Course
30 week course information: This course is aimed at people with no prior knowledge of Portuguese and will give you basic practical skills in the language allowing you to understand and speak colloquial Italian. Various topics will be covered such as personal information, shopping, food and drink, asking the way, travel and transport etc. Grammar input will be basic.

None.

Work needed to be Done outside of the Classroom
Average two hours of homework each week.

Assessment Details
Homework to be checked on in the classroom to discuss learning and different use of language.
