I want to thank you for your consultations, now I am putting them into practice. Videlicet, I expand the role of HR service and assign them with more responsibilities and set them more objectives. Besides this, we elaborated the plans for certification of all plant personnel. And, according to the results (after business analysis) we will make the rearrangement. Thank you once again!
