Practical Acceptance Testing

This two day course (also available as a three day course *) is designed to give business staff and testing professionals alike the skills necessary to deliver an acceptance testing project.

The course has the following objectives:

• To identify The role of the user acceptance tester
• Acceptance testing from the start of the project
• The correct approach right from the start. Creation of the outline acceptance test plans from the review of the specification
• Planning and documenting acceptance tests
• Essential documents. Planning the test objectives, the entry and exit criteria
• The purpose, creation and use of the test script
• Scripts, test objectives, team approach, correct documentation of tests
• Acceptance testing the business process interface. Evaluating constraints.
