The Practice Development Unit aims to meet the continuous professional needs of overseas registered nurses. The Unit is located close to Derby City Centre, within walking distance of main transport links. Our fully equipped training rooms offer access to computers and Internet facilities.The Unit facilitates individual development through coaching and mentorship activities. We offer a range of programmes based on needs assessment with the aim of developing confidence, computing, clinical, management and leadership skills.
