Preliminary Dog Grooming

If you spend time grooming your dog, or caring for canines, then dog grooming may be a profession for you.
This course will provide you with all that you need to know to become a professional and qualified dog groomer. You'll learn how to groom different breeds, provide a first-class customer care experience and discover the business opportunities that are available upon completion of the course.

This part-time course provides students with an interest in dog grooming the opportunity to develop new skills, knowledge of the industry and the confidence to work with animals.

As a student you will be provided with the opportunity to progress onto the College's popular Advanced Techniques in Dog Grooming course after completing this course. The advanced course will enhance your overall employability and provide you with the skills required to launch your own dog grooming business/salon.
