Consolidation of PRINCE2 knowledge

  • Review of the structure of PRINCE2, concentrating on the 8 processes and how they are used during the life of a project
  • Review of the components and how they are applied during the project
  • Review of each of the techniques including product based planning exercises

  • Applying PRINCE2 to different project situations and sizes of project
  • Group and individual exercises to use PRINCE2 to solve different project issues

Manchester NTI does not charge VAT, this is particularly important for students who are self -funding. Our competitors add VAT on to their list prices; this could mean an additional in course fees for self funding students.
