• Managing a Stage Boundary (SB), completing progress reports, obtaining sign off and writing a lessons report to inform future stages and projects.
• The Closing a Project (CP) process during which final sign-off is sought and obtained, an end project report is written and the benefits of the project are properly reviewed to ensure return on investment has been maximised.
