PRojects IN Controlled Environments (PRINCE2) is a multidisciplinary and structured project management method based on experience drawn from various projects undertaken in different organizations.

PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification enhances skills to manage projects, control resources and handle risks efficiently. The principles of PRINCE2 can be applied to any project to handle challenging situations.

PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification is the highest level of PRINCE2 qualification and will teach you to apply PRINCE2 to run and manage the projects within an environment supporting PRINCE2. Once qualified, you will be able to apply and tune PRINCE2 to address the needs and problems of a specific project scenario.
