You have to prepare a Business Case, a Plan, a Risk Management Strategy and many other things using the case study. Upon completing this course, you’ll be well positioned to successfully complete the associated PRINCE2 exams for Foundation (What is PRINCE2) and the Practitioner exam (How to use PRINCE2). In this boot camp PRINCE2 course you first will learn the theory of the processes, theme’s and principles. Learning the theory covers the Foundation course and will be completed with the PRINCE2 Foundation exam (APMG). The Practitioner part of the boot camp covers the same topics as the Foundation course.

The aim of this programme are to:-

1. Learn how to manage projects or to work in a project environment using the most internationally recognized project management method.
2. Ensure that team members focus on the viability of the project in relation to its business case objectives – rather than simply seeing the completion of the project as an end in itself.
3. Promote consistency of project work and the ability to reuse project assets while facilitating staff mobility and reducing the impact of personnel changes/handovers.
4. How and when to use and create or modify the PRINCE 2 documents (the management products)
5. Perform risk management to create confidence and reduce the need for crisis management
