This qualification provides learners with the knowledge needed to work in a Management role.  The Management Certificate RQF qualification has been developed to provide management knowledge and skills to both individuals employed in this role or who are new to the area. Learners will have the underpinning knowledge required to work in management roles across a range of business settings. Learners will have knowledge of management and leadership performance, covering areas such as implementation of information systems and how to develop professional networks.

The learner needs to complete the 2 mandatory units and 2* of the optional units as below:* If a learner selects unit 9 as an option, they will be required to complete an extra optional unit, meaning completing 3 optional units in total.

Assessment

Each unit is followed by a written tutor marked assignment (TMA), which is submitted and then marked by your tutor. You will not be required to take an external exam.
