History
We have been delivering community courses for over 5 years to the community and local businesses. Our courses cover a wide range of subject areas at very reasonable prices.
We are an accredited centre by the RSPH to deliver Level 2 Awards in Food Safety in Catering and Healthy Food & Special Diets.
We are an accredited outreach centre for the Learning Gateway and deliver Spanish 4 Beginners and Beginners Plus where students can achieve the Breakthrough Level Asset Languages Qualification in Speaking and Listening in Spanish.
We are also an approved provider for Shopshire Council to deliver Food Safety, Healthy Food and an Introduction to Nutrition to various staff.
Description
The Priory School Business & Enterprise College is an extremely successful school with students achieving excellent results at GCSE. We take a great pride in our school, ensuring that staff are well supported in carrying out their duties and that we are constantly in pursuit of excellence in all that we do.
The Priory school has recently been awarded 'Outstanding' by Ofsted. They described the school as being 'outstanding because everyone subscribes to the school’s motto of the ‘pursuit of excellence’ in all they do.
In May 2009 the school became a lead organisation for the Shropshire & Telford & Wrekin Enterprise Learning Partnership under the direction of the SSAT Enterprise Network. In March 2010 the school achieved the Investing in Community Engagement Award which is a nationally recognised quality mark awarded to schools by the Specialist Schools & Academies Trust who recognise high quality work in engaging with their communities.
