Decorate a Cake - with a Wedding Theme

On this course we will decorate a two tier wedding cake in either a traditional style using hearts and flowers or a modern style using stars and sparkles. You will learn how to cover dummy cakes to a high standard of finish and also how to put them together to display them.
Commences 16th March for 3 weeks from 7 - 9 pm (Wednesdays)
Please note students will be asked to supply their own materials a list can be obtained from the College and costs approximately £25)
