This one-day course covers the needs & expectations of Advanced Product Quality Planning / Product Realisation within the customer contractual requirements of IATF 16949:2016.

About this course

Course objectives

The course has been structured to give managers a strategic understanding of the overall requirements of APQP principles required within IATF 16949:2016. It will enable delegates to understand how the customer’s requirement for “Zero defect” within all aspects of design, manufacture and delivery can be achieved.
