Course programme

Information

The tutors use actual projects of released tracks to teach real world techniques.

Not only will you learn how to use the software, but also how to make your instruments and beats sound rich, ready for release, and to be played on big room sound systems.

The course runs for 12 weeks with a 5 hour session on Weds or Thurs 12pm - 5pm. There will be a plenty of time to work on your tracks with the tutor. Unlimited studio time is also included in the course. Each student has their very own Apple G5 production workstation.

The course is split into 2 parts, during the first part of the course you will work on how to use Logic. Subbass is an Apple Authorised Training Center for Education and you will work with our Apple Authorised trainers working towards your Logic 101 examination.

The second part of the course is all about the music, you will work with producers like Mike Koglin and Peo Haggstrom developing your musical knoledge, building tracks and learing how to remix.

With a maximum of 4 students per course, you will receive plenty of individual attention from the tutor. .

Second Part

During the second part of the course you will spend time individually with our professional producers working on creating your sound and developing techniques. We will also teach you how to produce a professional remix. At the end of the course your tracks will be submited to our label and considered for release.

Course Times

Each session starts at 12pm and finishes at 5pm (Wednesday or Thursday).
