Professional Development in Community Engagement BA

This course is delivered through online distance learning, allowing you to continue in employment and study in your own locality. Individualised tutor support via phone and online tutorials, optional study workshops and group tutorials are key features of the course.

The BAPD involves blended learning, with online module materials, optional workshops and individual tutor support.

Assessment is through written assignments and project reports.

The course has 2 levels which are matched to the Scottish Credit and Qualifications framework level 8 and 9. Certificate and diploma levels each consist of six 20 credit modules and the degree level consists of four 30 credit modules. Completion of a Level 9 TQ(FE) award (60 SCQF credit points) or equivalent is a requirement for this named award.
