All our academic awards are part of a validatedprogramme with Middlesex University, UK. Our courses are continuously updated by drawing upon ourextensive experience to provide an evidence based coacheducation and development programme to suit coaches witha range of experience and perspectives. All our programmesare work-based and develop your learning about coachingwithin your own coaching practice. Although assessmentis rigorous and continually audited through the appropriateUniversity QAA standards the focus of our programmes ison practice and your practice specifically. The Professional Development Foundation has been developing leaders and coaches for over 35 years. We offer an evidence based but flexible portfolio of programmes from introductory coaching skills for Master and Doctorate degrees accredited by EMCC and Middlesex University. Our Master Coaches work with individuals, teams or whole organisations to bring the results that you want in a way which suits your people. Based in London but with offices in Norfolk and the North West we can offer you a responsive and context specific solution to training and development requirements.
