Cornerstones of Management - Tools and Techniques for Senior Managers
This consists of four compulsory courses:
- Economic Environment of Business (M03EFA)
- Financial Analysis and Decision making (M05EFA)
- Principles of Marketing (M04MKT)
- Strategic Human Resource Management (M11HRM)
Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (Professional Development). (60 CATS)
Integrating Issues for Today's Senior Management Team
This consists of four compulsory courses:
- Strategic Analysis (M34BSS)
- Corporate Social Responsibility (M03MKT)
- Knowledge and Information Management and Innovation (M31 BSS)
- Issues in Strategic Leadership M32BSS)
MBA (60 CATS Points)
Knowledge into Action
A 10 credit module on Research Methods (M25BSS) (if not already previously completed), followed by a 12,000 word dissertation module, (M30BSS) in a specialist area relevant to the sponsoring organisation.
In each case, the student will have an allocated staff member acting as their personal supervisor
