Why study BSc(Hons) Professional Studies?
This course will enable you, as a health and social care practitioner, to develop and enhance your professional career in a constantly changing healthcare system that demands increasingly complex skills.
You will develop the skills to critically appraise situations and utilise research findings. You will have the opportunity to incorporate new ideas and concepts into practice as a reflective practitioner within a multiprofessional team.
This course will provide you with a flexible approach to studying by allowing you more choice in the short courses/modules you undertake.

Placements
You will continue to work in your respective organisation and will normally study at the Department on a part-time basis. If you wish to take the course on a full-time basis, you must have access to a relevant practice area.
