The complexity, change, and uncertainty that characterize today's world require new knowledge, new tools, and new attitudes. The Advanced Management Program is built on the knowledge we have about the world today and what we believe we can anticipate in the future, with the mission of developing leaders capable of successfully facing the challenges of a new reality. From a certain level, the more the more one grows in responsibility, to manage is to lead.

Keeping in mind the reality, as we are faced with today's mission and the expected experience of the participants, the program is structured in three axes: Understanding the Great Challenges of the Future, Managing in Complexity and Change Steering, Empower Management and Leadership Skills.
