The need for clarity on role and responsibility takes an increased significance when considering the co-ordination of all related projects in a programme. The programme stands the greatest chance of success if issues can be discussed and problems solved in an open and timely manner.

- Benefits management - This session will look at creating a benefits management strategy and plan; consideration of likely outcomes and; the roles and responsibilities in realising benefits
- Programme Plans and Controls - The final session covers the core elements that should be covered within a programme plan. This session will also highlight typical mechanics around keeping on top of programme progress
Learners will be given the opportunity to ask any outstanding questions and clarify any last points. It is highly recommended that a return visit is made by the facilitator no more than 6 months post event to monitor what progress has been made in implementing better Programme Management practices.
