Progress and S-Curve Reporting with Powerproject

This is a one-day training course which focuses on managing progress using S-curves.

The course is designed for experienced users of Powerproject who have attended our Intrduction to Powerproject course and ideally our Manage Cost and resources wiht Powerproject course and who are looking to create S-curves for progress reporting.

Through the specific examples and exercises the delegate will learn how to create S-curves for progress reporting.

• Advanced column creation to create suggested Progress Tables
• New ‘Overall Percent Complete’ explanations
• Progress Options
• Why Straight Line v Jagged Line programmes
• Introduction and explanation of ‘Transfer Progress macro’ to facilitate the running of Straight line and Jagged line programmes
• S-curve creation in Powerproject
• Exporting to excel
• ASAP v ALAP s-curves
• User column creation to create columns for Comments, Reasons for Delay and others as directed
• 'Progress At’ and ‘Progress In’ period tables

The day concentrates on progress with hands on progress creation and complimented exercises.

On completing the course you will be emailed the Transfer Progress macro and example excel ‘s-curve’ templates
