Hello and welcome In this course, I have covered basics of project management. If you are someone who is new, who is just starting of or interested in starting of a career in project management, this is the course for you.Nowadays, a project is one of those business terms you hear everywhere you go. What exactly is a project? Well, to put it simply, a project is a set of actions put together to accomplish the goal in a specified period of time.
