Description:
This two-day course is specifically focused to meet the needs of those who work within an engineering industry. It will provide an overview of project management fundamentals and techniques geared towards engineers and other technical professionals and their industry environments. Participants will work in teams to plan real-world projects and the course will prepare participants to effectively manage their projects in their own workplace. In addition, this course allows each team to build an individual project idea from design to completion, emulating the project management life cycle. Participants will receive valuable project management tools and templates to take away.
