My industry requires that I work long hours to meet deadlines and I was able to utilize the knowledge earned from my Msc. Project Management in a very practical way. It taught me how to better manage my team, understand them better from a neurological perspective and ultimately get the best results while keeping them motivated. One of my concerns were the reachability of my Tutors but having experienced face to face and now distant learning, I can proudly say that my ENEB Tutors were excellent in communication and providing feedback.
