Our Prosthodontics MClinDent offers you the opportunity to learn fixed, removable and implant prosthodontics from world-renowned academics and clinicians. You will receive personal supervision and training, both academic and practical, and we will teach you the skills and methods needed to complete an in-depth research project in an area which interests you.
Sixty per cent of the programme is dedicated to clinical experience. Teaching styles include close mentoring, chair-side guidance and small group work that emphasises the importance of the evidence base in literature and creates new research opportunities.
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an open information session on Friday 2 March. This will give candidates the opportunity to meet staff and for questions.

Key benefits
One of the largest courses in the UK to offer specialist training in prosthodontics.
Teaching from internationally recognised prosthodontists.
A fully integrated course with teaching in implants, fixed and removable prosthodontics.
Strong links with other restorative specialties.
UK/EU applicants wishing to consider specialist training should be aware that they will have to hold a NTN associated post on commencing the course. This can only be achieved by a parallel application via Oriel to HEE London for an approved post. Please follow this link to the post details and process on the Oriel website. Specialty training recruitment in London for Endodontology, Periodontology and Prosthodontics is centralised and unified via HEE because they are responsible for issuing National Training Numbers (NTNs). There is thus a single, unified recruitment process for the NTN and a University place.
