Programme overview This course combines practical counselling skills with the study of organisations and how they work, so it's ideal if you want to develop your helping skills in professional or voluntary roles, or if you wish to eventually train as a professional counsellor. You'll develop your observational skills and increase your self-knowledge in relation to professional tasks. A 3-day group relations weekend exploring organisational dynamics is included.
