The diploma of higher education in psychodynamic counselling is designed to meet your personal and professional needs, providing you with the necessary training to satisfy British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy requirements.
Learning modules cover developmental psychology, theory and practice of counselling, applied clinical concepts, and psychopathology. You'll need to complete a placement at an approved counselling agency. Places will be allocated by interview, for which the college will prepare you. Successful completion of the course opens up career in professional practice, schools and the NHS.
