The Public Relations Officer is the expert who identifies and uses the best communication strategies and tools to promote the image of a company, brand, organization or public figure, to make it known. Within the company he plays a fundamental role in development, especially to keep the company business always positive, he takes care of its image, manages relations with the media and public opinion, and organizes events and initiatives of various types. In corporate roles, he covers his role in the Communication Team, working together with the Marketing staff, press officers, etc. The Public Relations Officer defines not only the contents of the communication between the company for which he works and the external environment in which the company operates, but also the times, the ways and tone of communication. Plan communication strategies for the achievement of objectives, such as implementing the awareness of a brand or maximizing its success, attracting customers or building loyalty with existing ones. Finally, it designs and organizes events and press conferences.
