What I would highlight: The course was very interesting, I particularly like the workshops and the team exercises. I learned a lot from the trainers and other delegates- we spent many hours learning from each others and looking at different points and subjects in public relations, all this will be very helpful in my role. I have gained ideas that can be applied in my line of work.
