Course Assessment Method
As with other BTEC courses, this programme is based on producing a portfolio of work, which you will create over the duration of your course. All of your assessments will be internally set by your tutors, and these could be essays, reports, posters, practical assessments or role plays. All assessments are marked against criteria set by BTEC and you can achieve Pass, Merit or Distinction grades for individual units and then ultimately your whole course.
