What I would highlight: Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the course. I found it really useful and it also reassured me that I wasn’t doing too bad after all!! It was not at all intimidating and it was good to meet with other like minded people.

What I would highlight: I thoroughly enjoyed the course. It was informative and well presented. It helped all of us to reflect on current practice and to see where we could improve our management skills. I would definitely recommend the course to others and also the trainer was excellent too.

What I would highlight: The trainer was knowledgeable on the subject, he made the training sector specific and relevant for our needs, he gave us opportunity for relevant discussion and left us with some good quality training resources, The training was both useful and interesting, although I've already shared the information with my Vice Principal I think it would be very useful for her to attend similar training techniques. I learnt that speed and efficiency is the essence of good customer service
