What I would highlight: I recenty finished the Touch Typing Training & Keyboard Skills course. This was a brilliant course and I found it extremely helpful in going forwards in my career. Julie is a truly fantastic trainer. She brings professionalism as well as fun, which makes the course enjoyable. I was really excited to do this course and was quite sad when it was over! I would highly recommend Taylor Mason Training. Thanks!

Customer Service Training (Public Course)

What I would highlight: The Customer Service Training was a really good intimate and tailored course. I felt at ease all the way through. The tutor was very encouraging. Great manual. I was nervous at first about the interactive exercises but they were really good. Got to know the people on the course and also learnt how to listen! I think that I came away feeling much more confident. Also, the tutor made us all feel that we were more important - and we were not on our own. Everyone at the meeting is part of a team.
What could be improved: Nothing.

What I would highlight: I found the Secretary / PA Development course very informative, easy to follow and it kept me engaged from the very beginning. The trainer was very knowledgeable, and went through every stage step by step. She emade the session enjoyable with humour. The course materials supplied were of high quality, I was very impressed. I would recommend Taylor Mason Training with no hesitation. I think it is a good value for money.

What I would highlight: I attended the Minute Taking In Meetings - Public Course. I truly enjoyed the course and I found to be very useful. I found the materials very interesting and learnt some invaluble skills to help me in my newly promoted position within my organisation. This is a very good course and so it deserves a high rating: I give it 5 stars! Would highly recommend Taylor Mason Training. Thanks for the wonderful training course.

What I would highlight: I attended the Management Skills Training. The trainer was very knowledgeable on the subject, and he made the training sector specific and relevant for our needs. I think the trainer succeeded in giving us the opportunity for relevant discussion and left us with some good quality training resources, The training was both useful and interesting. I learnt that speed and efficiency is the essence of good management skills.

What I would highlight: The trainer was knowledgeable on the subject, he made the training sector specific and relevant for our needs, he gave us opportunity for relevant discussion and left us with some good quality training resources, The training was both useful and interesting, although I've already shared the information with my Vice Principal I think it would be very useful for her to attend similar training techniques. I learnt that speed and efficiency is the essence of good customer service
