Mark is an author and business coach – he helps people and organisations to realise more of their potential. He has worked in ICI plc as a senior commercial manager, in the SME sector as a main board director and now runs his own executive and business coaching company – Pure People Performance Ltd.Mark does not pretend to understand his client’s organisational issues better than they do themselves. However, he will bring to bear his experience as a senior business leader with a long track record of delivering business results through a focus on people. He focuses on behaviours, because behaviours drive actions and actions deliver results.
