Kay Wagstaff - mostly self-taught over a period spanning more than 40 years, professionally trained at The Manor School of Fine Cuisine and previously employed at The Nottingham School of Cookery. Sole owner of a food business "The Quirky Cook" - a respected Caterer and Producer of Fine Handmade Chutneys and Relishes.
Stephanie Clubb – Edesias Kitchen
17 years within the discipline of Food Science (in particular, Nutritional Chemistry and Food Microbiology) and a short time in Food Manufacturing. Formally trained with professional qualifications in Culinary Arts and Teaching.
Tutor at three cookery schools in the UK as well as being a Home Economics Demonstrator for a Gluten-free Manufacturer. An avid bread and pastry maker.
