Progressive Fighting Systems 'Rapid Assault Tactics' is one of the adapted unarmed combat methods used by US Special Operations, designed for close range take downs and confined spaces the R.A.T will teach you all the dirty fighting skills to deliver a fast resolution and survive violence. You will be worked hard and will leave at the end of the course with an awesome Proficiency in Combatives.

• Kicking, Punching, Headbutting, Clinching and Trapping ranges
• Dirty Fighting Methods including Ground Fighting and Escape Techniques
