How will I be taught and assessed?

A variety of strategies will be used to help facilitate your development and consolidation of clinical assessment, professional and management skills.

These include: assigned reading; key-note lectures to provide depth of insight into specific content; and enquiry based learning.
You will be encouraged to consider the central issues to your own area of practice and to debate both current provision and future developments.

Blackboard, our virtual learning environment, will be used to encourage group discussion.

Assessment will be based on an Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) and a written exam.
