Reiki 1

Reiki 1 or 1st degree uses a series of attunements or single attunement to open the student up to Reiki energy and lifelong ability to channel that energy for self-development and self-healing, it is followed by a 21 day cleansing process during which the student practices self-healing as the body becomes accustomed to the energy and more "clearing out" may be experienced. After this you can practice Reiki on friends and family and this includes pets and plants. Reiki is life changing in the most wonderful and gentle way.
