What I would highlight: I think the ‘Gratitude Experiment’ is great. These are the kind of things that make you feel truly happy. It is an outstanding course, a little long but easy to follow. It is fresh and has opened my eyes to a different reality.

What I would highlight: An amazing course. The tutor knows how to impart the course in a simple way. The content is well structured, as much as the objectives. This is one of the best mindfulness courses I’ve ever taken.

What I would highlight: I loved the lessons. After taking this course and thanks to meditations now I sleep better. The negative thoughts I had at the early morning have disappeared, thank you! Though, one of the problems I’ve found was the voice of the lectures. They were hard to listen regardless how much I raised the volume. Also, I would have liked to be able to download the meditations because I want to listen them on my mobile.

What I would highlight: I had practiced mindfulness before but, in words of Suzuki, I wanted to improved my ‘beginner’s mind’ so I took this course. Now I feel pleased with myself for enrolling in, I have new insights of why I practice this. The lessons achieved their objectives of explaining mindfulness clearly. The exercises planned by Libby are very useful, she is for sure a Zen master!
