What I would highlight: This is a very engaging course which can be done slowly and involves you learning the basics of art formats. If you have never drawn this will get you up and about, which is a therapeutic method in helping yourself. This course I feel can help people who need help to relax the mind or illness and I use art for PAIN and it works. As an artist, It is lovely to see how a number of methods of painting, drawing can be carried out at the most basic level, so if you are not an artist, here is a new way to help you in mindfulness to helping reduce pain.

What I would highlight: First of all I completely understand why Libby has used animation for this course but personally I have found the actual animation too distracting and often miss what is being said. I would prefer examples of how drawing/painting is done, maybe by just showing your hands demonstrating this and having just something like a power point for in between. Otherwise I am enjoying the course.
