Therapeutic Art and Self-Exploration (Part 2)
-
This is a thorough course, presented with step by step soft explanation. Following the instruction one may open new doors to imagination and building skills. I enjoy it I hope you will as well.

The course is an excellent sequel to this teacher's part one of art exploration. It has more lessons about art for recreation than the former but hey I'm not complaining because I think that's a form of therapy anyway :)

I have always been a little socially awkward and believe this to be anxiety related. Some of exercises within this course has left me quite buzzes and feeling confident. Its as if ive got a backup support system in some way. Anyway what im trying to say is that doing some of this art work makes me more confident somehow!

Description
Therapeutic Art: Part 2 - Art and colouring for adults is the second in the series of Therapeutic Art courses. It's packed full of wonderful activities, all of which are incredibly beneficial for adults of all ages and all walks of life. Art and colouring is much more than just extremely fun to do, it’s also a substantially effective way of de-stressing. Art and colouring also helps increase focus and concentration.
This fantastic, timeless practice affords the student wellness and calm, while simultaneously stimulating areas of the brain concerned with the senses, motor skills and of course, creativity.
This art and colouring for adults course has tons of downloadable, printable templates, ready to be coloured in. This is in direct response to the huge demand globally, for colouring books specifically designed for adults. This art and colouring course contains an array of activities and exercises such as a beginners guide to abstract drawing and designing your own impressive hand lettering.
