Restorative Yoga

The Life Centre® invites you to discover a vibrant, healthy new you. Established since 1993 and renowned internationally, The Life Centre® is a unique non-membership yoga and natural health centre. We offer the widest range of natural therapies, Yoga and Pilates classes, workshops and yoga teacher training to be found anywhere else in London under one roof.

This will be a gentle class where restorative poses are practiced and held, to help release tension and to re-charge energy. Will be combined with pranayama breathing and some classes include 15 minutes of guided relaxation. Open to all levels.
