What I would highlight: Good level of content for a 1 day course. The size of the group was perfect for the style of the course which encourages delegates to interact and discuss. Both Janel and Ally made everyone feel very relaxed and comfortable, allowing for open and honest discussions without the fear of sounding foolish........I hope! Would recommend to people with limited knowledge of Social Media, and to those that are looking for new ideas and ways to manage their presence within this ever growing network.

What I would highlight: Revenue By Design were an integral part of setting up our hotel's revenue department and strategy. I would highly recommend their courses to any hotelier looking for a further insight in to revenue management.

What I would highlight: I am a Revenue Manager at a hotel in London and had the pleasure to attend this course along with sales and reservations team . It provided a great overview on revenue management. It explained the basics and how important it is to be able to properly track every booking and cancellation that comes through. It helped create a revenue culture within the office and gave an insight on what my role within the company is. I, on the other hand was introduced to forecast templates which have been in use ever since and work perfectly well. I also learned how to manage group business more efficiently. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience that set me off to a great start in revenue.

What I would highlight: Since doing the course i found my eye are open to revenue oportunities. I recomend this course and will be doing another one soon. I like the teacher very much. She made a dry subject very interesting.

What I would highlight: I thought this was a very comprehensive review of social media and how it affects the hotel industry in particular. I found much of the course useful and practical. I have and will implementing many of the things spoken about. I must admit I had my head in the sand prior to this course and it has given me a very useful guide as what I need to do to drive the business forward in these changing times. I would highly recommend this course to those who are somewhat unsure how social media fits in and also to those who have begun their journey.

What I would highlight: Great course. Great teacher. It really is an eye opener. It really helped me to get to grips with revenue management and the factors affecting the business and how business arrives. I would say that prior to the course I was not really focused regards my business mix etc and had not really thought about the differing behaviours of different business - 3rd parties/direct bookings etc. It was very interesting indeed. I would highly recommend.

What I would highlight: A well rounded, easy to follow course suitable for beginners and more advanced revenue managers. Great interaction between trainers and students. Our hotel decided to use Revenue by Design on a monthly basis following this course and achieved fantastic results a year later. True experts in this field

What I would highlight: I have attended two day courses delivered by revenue by design, one some time ago, and this experience led me to hire the firm for their revenue management program. The second was more recently for their day course on Social Media. I found this to be a thorough and comprehnsive day well planned, clearly structured and eye opening as to the signifficance of key areas, many of which we were under utilising. At all times I have found the team at Revenue by Design, professional, charming and exceptionally well prepared and knowledgable about their chosen subject matter. I can thoroughly recommend them.
