Objectives
The management of health and safety at work regulations 1999 require employers to conduct suitable and sufficient risk assessments. The level 2 certificate in risk assessment provides formal recognition of an individual’s ability to undertake such a risk assessment in line with the health and safety executive’s five steps to risk assessment. Accredited by the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA) at level 2 within the national framework.

This course contains a number of exercises to be completed by the delegates assisting them to assimilate the information given during the training session.
The course is assessed by candidates completing the British Safety Council online testing procedure; this incurs a fee of £30-00 plus VAT payable by the client at the time of booking the assessment (optional).
