Course programme

Breath is the centrepiece of physiology, anatomy, psychology, and somatics. Nothing reveals so much about the client's state of being as the pattern of the breath. Nothing can change the energy of the client so much as a change in the breath. In this course, we will learn to read these patterns, see where the breath is not happening in either inhale or exhale, and learn touch-cueing and myofascial releases for enhancing the breath
